Jowanda’s group training classes: “Lift Sandwich,” “Cardio-Sandwich,” and “8 and Under” are four week semi-private strength training classes designed for 3-4 people in a real gym environment. These classes are designed to help you lose weight, tone your body, and build lean muscle mass. Every class is taught by a certified and insured personal trainer who designs each class like a personal training session. All fitness levels are welcomed. These classes are offered in your private gym and/or corporate fitness facilities. They are perfect for team building, bridal parties, or a supplement to your current training schedule.
